Visiting this website
When you visit the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed, particularly your IP address, the time, the page requested, browser information and technical log data. This processing serves the secure and reliable provision of the website and the analysis of errors.
Contact and forms
Contact by email
If you contact Fidavento by email, your details are used to process the enquiry and ask any necessary follow-up questions. The data is retained only for as long as required for the relevant purpose or by legal obligations.
General enquiry through the web form
When you use the general contact form, Fidavento processes your name, email address, selected topic, message and – if provided voluntarily – your company or line of work. The details are used exclusively to review your specific request personally and prepare an individual reply.
The enquiry is stored in the Cloudflare infrastructure provided for Fidavento and assigned a reference. The form does not trigger an automatic reply, any contractual, pricing or product commitment, or any disclosure for advertising purposes. Contact enquiries not incorporated into a documented business case are deleted no later than 180 days after receipt, unless a legal obligation requires a different retention period.
To protect against automated bulk submissions, the form uses only local, technically necessary checks: a honeypot field invisible to people, server-side plausibility and volume checks, and a short-lived computational proof in the browser. No external CAPTCHA provider is loaded, no device identifier is created and no additional cookie is set. The security proof contains no form content and is not stored after verification.
Enquiry process check
The optional enquiry process check stores only the selected process categories, the maturity level calculated from them on the server, the main process gap, the recommendations displayed, a broad source category and the time. No name, email address, phone number, company, IP address, browser fingerprint or device-specific identifier is stored in the Fidavento application for the assessment.
The assessment provides immediate results and supports non-personal validation of common process problems. It is deleted after no more than 180 days. The assessment reference is linked to a pilot enquiry only if the person subsequently chooses to open the separate pilot form and submits contact details with consent. The check does not result in any automatic acceptance, rejection, message or other external action.
Pilot enquiry through the web form
When you use the pilot form, Fidavento processes the business, requirements and contact information you enter to assess suitability for a limited pilot, clarify questions and prepare personal contact. An enquiry does not trigger an automatic external message, a contractual decision or a decision based solely on automated processing.
Required details are marked in the form. A phone number and additional description of objectives are optional. The data is stored in the Cloudflare infrastructure provided for Fidavento and displayed exclusively in the local, access-restricted sales workspace. Pilot enquiries not yet taken forward are automatically deleted no later than 180 days after receipt, unless a legal obligation or a documented ongoing business purpose requires a different retention period.
The pilot form uses the same local, data-minimising form protection as the general contact enquiry. No entries are transmitted to Google reCAPTCHA or any other external CAPTCHA service.
Technical data
Cookies and consent management
Fidavento uses technically necessary storage to save the selected privacy settings on the device for 180 days. Optional analytics and marketing categories are disabled by default. No external analytics or advertising services are currently integrated that would be activated by such consent.
The selection can be changed or withdrawn at any time using the permanently accessible “Cookie settings” button. A change applies from that point onwards to further use of the website on the device concerned.
The Font Awesome icons used on the website are included locally in the application bundle. Displaying the icons does not connect to Font Awesome servers, and no cookies or comparable identifiers are used for this purpose. The local form protection is identified in the privacy manager as a technically necessary security function.
Data-minimising traffic and functionality measurement
To understand which parts of the website are used and whether the pilot process works technically, Fidavento counts selected events as daily totals. These include, for example, page views, opening the CRM demo, steps in the enquiry process check and pilot form, and successful or failed submissions.
The in-house measurement logic does not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, full referrer addresses, chat text or form content. No person- or device-specific identifier is created. Only the event, page category, broad source category and daily count are stored. These aggregated values are deleted after no more than 400 days. The measurement sets no analytics cookies and serves exclusively to improve the website's technology and content.
AI assistant and enquiry preparation
The optional AI assistant processes content entered in the chat to answer questions, clarify potential needs and prepare a non-binding contact enquiry. Explicit consent is required before the first message. Please do not enter passwords, payment details, health data or other particularly sensitive information.
The entries are transmitted through a protected interface to OpenAI, L.L.C. in the USA. The interface is used with response storage disabled. By default, OpenAI does not use content submitted through the API to train its models; according to the provider, security-related logs may generally be retained for up to 30 days.
Fidavento does not currently store conversation content permanently in its own database. To stay within the approved cost budget, only aggregated technical usage figures such as request and token counts are stored, not chat text or contact details. A contact enquiry is transmitted only when the person sends it themselves through their email application.
Your rights
Data sharing and international processing
Technical service providers may process data where necessary for hosting, security, AI processing and email communication. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are taken into account. The website currently uses no externally embedded analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting and the database are provided through Cloudflare; email communication uses Infomaniak.
Your rights
Under applicable law, data subjects may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data and may object to processing. Requests can be sent to hello@fidavento.ch.
