Daniel looks at Fidavento through the lens of the whole business: where do coordination, searching for information and recurring tasks take up unnecessary time? His long-term vision is for specialised agents in individual business areas to work together, from communication and planning to administration and internal workflows. Together with Tobias, he is developing Fidavento towards this goal, step by step. His benchmark: meaningful relief, ease of use and people who stay informed and in control.

Tobias Fuchs
Tobias works on Fidavento’s technical foundations: its CRM, integrations and workflow automation. His focus is on how these parts fit together and become straightforward to use in daily work. Together with Daniel, he is developing a solution that aims to keep technical complexity in the background. Working with customers should take centre stage, with related information kept together and processes that are easy to follow.
